Tonii Lerat is a citizen of Cowessess First Nation. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Regional and Urban Planning. Tonii is currently a Community Planner and Partner at Urban Systems’ Saskatoon branch. 

Her work focuses on collaborating with Indigenous communities to develop comprehensive community plans, economic development strategies, land use plans, policies, and community engagement initiatives. She brings an innovative approach to her work in navigating the regulatory and legislative processes.

Tonii works to ensure the inclusion and incorporation of Indigenous perspectives in all her work.
