First Nations Power Authority (FNPA) and SaskPower hosted a signing event to showcase the signing of the First Nations Opportunity Agreement which sets aside 20MWs of Solar development for Indigenous developers.  George Gordon First Nation in partnership with Star Blanket Cree Nation obtained a 10 MW project to be built near Weyburn, SK.  Cowessess First Nation received the second 10 MW set aside to be built on reserve land near Regina, SK.
